About 400 people have been arrested as a result of a 3 1/2 months investigation of mortgage fraud. The guys in charge of the Bears Stearns hedge fund have been arrested as well.
Since so many people were affected, even devastated, by the activities of these white collar criminals, do you think the trials will be televised?

Honestly, I don't think so. However, this could turn out to be the Criminal Big Brother :)

I doubt it- I think most trials are not televised. How many big trials can you remember that were televised?
I can think of 1- OJ SImpson... I know there are more.. My mind just isn't working.

If they're televised, it will only be on something like CourtTV (or TruTV, I think it's calling itself now). There's not enough public interest, IMO, to air the trials elsewhere. Not enough sex, drugs, or dead blond girls in it to hold interest.

Anything is possible. But I think it has been too long. People have already lost interest. If you weren't affected there is a big chance it doesn't matter to you anymore or never did.

I feel that it should be televised, but it will not be. Hopefully they get what they deserve, whether its on TV or not.
