How do you escape the summer heat without hiding in the house with the AC set to max? Any tips would be appreciated greatly:)

Summer :O Here's its already getting too cold ;) Anyhow, you can't hide yourself from the sun. I can only think of getting an umbrella to get out of this hot sun. ;) No other solution.

Drink a lot of water and chew ice. Chewing ice really helps bring your body temperature down. Trust me, I always do it and it works.

We're getting a break from the hot weather...at least for a few days here in the upper midwest (USA). Last week it was humid and hot...nasty stuff! We don't have air conditioning either so it's drink lots of water and such, sit out by the little pool I have in the yard or IN it, and run fans to keep the air at least moving. You could go to a shopping mall or somewhere it's air conditioned...like a theater too!

You can always move to the Midwest. Here it is June 30 and it is 60 degrees outside. Don't have to worry much about the AC. Sure saves on the electric bills. We had a few 90 degree days last week but otherwise it has been in the 70s so far this summer so not really much heat to escape.

There is NO escaping the heat in MIssissippi in the summer! It is about 100 every day wiht heat indexes averaging at 105. The humidity makes it even worse. Sometimes you can go outside and actually feel the air!
