Anyone planning on going to games?

Postby KrisNY on Wed Jul 30, 2008 1:24 am

Do you plan on going to watch any football games this season?
Are you the type that likes to watch them on TV better- as you are home and not surrounded by a bunch of people?

I don't mind either. I like the games because of the whole atmosphere, but sometimes it's nice to relax at home.

Prefer going to the game personally - why watch it on the box when you can watch it in real life?!

I'm an Arsenal fan and the last few seasons have been more up and down than my mental health. In fact they probably follow a similar pattern! I do like going to games because then I can't hide behind a pillow / run away from the screen / shout at loved ones who happen to be in the room. At the same time going to games cost so much these days, if it is on TV then I tend to watch it on TV. I'm off to the Hull game in a couple of weeks, let's hope we win!
